Survey on Experience with Japanese Culture

Are you a non-Japanese citizen who has ever lived in or visited Japan?  Have you ever visited a shrine or temple while you were there?
Ayaka Monzen, an international studies student at a Japanese university, is preparing a thesis on the foreign perspective of religion in Japan.  She has prepared a brief 10-question survey and is asking non-Japanese who have lived in Japan to participate in the survey and share their thoughts on religion in Japan.
